Welcome to Her Lead Communications.

I'm Laura-Lucia. I've spent over a decade embedded in tech and scale-up environments — pre-IPO and post, private and public, early-stage chaos and post-funding structure. I've built communications functions from scratch, repositioned brands mid-flight, and helped leadership teams find a public voice they're actually comfortable using.

Her Lead Communications is a boutique consultancy specialising in PR, corporate communications, and executive positioning. I work with ledership teams and companies at critical moments, from launches, funding rounds, market entries to leadership transitions and I stay until the work is done properly.

My background is international by nature, raised across multiple cultures, career built across borders, fluent in five languages. I've worked with companies navigating markets where the cultural nuance matters as much as the message itself and I know the difference.
